Cancellations are preferred 24-48 hours in advance of your appointment.
In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to schedule another appointment with the same stylist for a service correction. You must notify us within 48 hours of the appointment and the correction service must be completed within 7 days of your original appointment. If the same service is performed, the service is complimentary. If you would prefer to see a different stylist to correct the original service, you would be obligated to pay for the service level price difference.
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased, we are happy to make an exchange for another product of equal value or lesser value.
